With both feet in the slush and eyes fixed on the patch of blue sky that appears in the evening between snow showers, Montrealers are entering spring with lingering seasonal blues and a chill to the bone.
This year, we’ll need to warm our souls first and our skin second. To help, the floating spa on the Bota Bota boat is hosting “Yoga Brunch” events that smell of warm wood, fresh eggs, and spring.
The next dates are April 19 and 26, 2026.
Yoga! Brunch!
The package offered by Bota Bota for the “Yoga Brunch” (on Sundays, of course) includes a yoga class, brunch, and access to the spa boat’s water circuit.
The yoga class is a Vinyasa “flow” session (open to everyone, including beginners) with Alexandra Messier. With the scent of hot sauna stones and eucalyptus in the air, it’s hard to imagine a better place for a yoga session.
Brunch is served at the spa’s restaurant, La Traversée, and features a menu created by chef Rita-Adèle Beaulieu.

In addition to yoga and brunch, there’s two hours of access to the Bota Bota water circuit. Cold water, hot water, sauna, rest—and you’ll have soft skin, relaxed muscles, and a calm heart.
