The great classics of November and December in Montreal are the events surrounding the holiday season. It’s dark all the time, but the city is covered in hundreds of thousands of colorful lights. It’s cold, but the streets of Montreal will be covered in a (thin, please) white coat.
It’s time to make snow angels, write long letters to Santa, spin dreidelsand drink hot chocolate – or wine – while looking out like you’re in a 50s Christmas movie.
And to do all this, we’ll be visiting one of the city’s holiday markets from the end of November 2025 – to experience the nostalgic magic of the holidays in Montreal.
