Going back to school is tough. The sun sets earlier and earlier, temperatures drop, we head back to work or college, and before we know it, we’re exhausted.
A full-time job robs us of those moments when, on vacation, we’d just stare off into space, read a book, reflect on life, or chat with friends for hours about both trivial and profound things.
This fall, we’re going to reconnect with nature—and to take a deep breath, we’re going to do yoga at the summit of one of the prettiest mountains in the area. And afterward, we’re going to take a stroll through the charming village of Sutton.

YOGA AT THE SUMMIT
This fall, PEAK EXPERIENCES yoga retreats are organizing a series of free yoga classes at the summit of the beautiful Mont Sutton. The classes take place at the top of the mountain, at the end of a hike that takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
The sun still rises very early, and the hike will be absolutely beautiful—with the first rays of sunlight and the leaves changing color, and maybe a bit of mist or frost. We’re going to take a deep breath, climb the mountain before the first snow falls, and reconnect with nature during the most beautiful season of the year. Otherwise, we can take the cable car up (or down).

We’ll bring our yoga mat, water, a thick sweater, and good hiking shoes. And a magical crystal to focus our aura—why not?
