This year, Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday, but the night before is the newest holiday, Galentine’s Day, a celebration of love between friends and some of the people we feel the strongest emotions for—our friends.
To celebrate Galentine’s Day on Friday, February 13, 2026—after a long week of work— we have the perfect evening to treat your girlfriends. We recommend booking quickly…
Our plans: 3 p.m., sauna / 5:30 p.m., Funny Face at the Museum Cinema / 8 p.m., cocktails

From CA$55
For hopeless romantics, those who sorely miss Rob Reiner, and those who want to treat their ultra-romantic partner, we are offering a pair of tickets to The Princess Bride in concert.

There’s nothing more romantic than a trip to the movies. Red velvet seats, hands brushing against each other in the popcorn bucket, large dark theaters, Twizzlers-Coke-flavored kisses. For Valentine’s Day, it may seem like a slightly too simple date plan, but with the right movie and the right plan for after the movie, the evening can be the height of romance.
We usually recommend a movie and dinner for a first date, but that’s a classic for a reason.

In Montreal, love is in the air, especially when you’re walking the streets looking for the perfect bouquet for your sweetheart before Valentine’s Day. Of course , you can also order online—but that’s a little less romantic…
One of the most poetic Montreal stories we’ve heard lately is that of a couple (friends of ours) who, every Valentine’s Day, go out for a walk and take pictures of people coming home from work with big bouquets of roses in their arms. With a little luck, some of us may be added to one of the most romantic photo series of the year.

Everyone is very busy and the snow never stops falling in Montreal, but the potential for an incredibly romantic moment is around every corner. We don’t often talk about Montreal as a city of romance, but we have a high concentration of places that are conducive to falling in love or being in love.
First,we think of our favorite neighborhoods, parks, restaurants in the old factories of Griffintown, and strolls through the gray stone streets of the Old Port. Under two meters of snow, the streets are almost impassable and, frankly, it encourages us to walk slowly and stay close together.

There’s nothing more romantic than swooning into the arms of someone who knows how to roller skate …Bonus points for the activity that makes us feel like we’re in an ’80s movie.
