This year marks the 44th edition of Montreal’s most Quebec-centric festival—and it’s a chance for all Montrealers who didn’t have time to go to the movies every weekend this year to catch up on screenings of local films from 2025.
Rendez-Vous Québec Cinéma features films in Concordia’s large screening rooms and at the Cinémathèque Québécoise, evenings for producers and film students, and nostalgic screenings of cult films shot in the region.
From April 22 to 29, 2026, feature-length fiction films, documentaries, short films, and art-house films will be screened. There will also be discussions and evening events.
