In summer, Montreal never sleeps. 24 hours a day, the city is abuzz with music, parties, dancing, it’s a veritable son et lumière. It’s like summer never ends…
And, on summer nights, the skies are lit up as if in broad daylight by a fireworks festival that has been going on for 39 years, from the end of June to the end of July.
For the 39th edition of the Festival des Feux Loto-Québec, there will be 7 shows in the sky above Montreal, fired from the La Ronde amusement park (on Île Sainte-Hélène). We’ve got the program and the best place to see them!
Light up!
Les Feux Loto-Québec is more than just fireworks; it’s a veritable artistic celebration, with each competing country displaying pyrotechnic prowess to the accompaniment of carefully selected music.
If you want the full experience, go and see them directly from La Ronde (so you can have the music with you).

It’s not just a series of shows, it ‘s also a competition between the world’s best pyrotechnic artists, and not only is it beautiful, it’s also the cutting edge of fireworks technology!
