It’s the most spring-like decor in town, and perfect for the first days of summer. Their Mediterranean brunch is served every day from Wednesday to Sunday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and we can’t wait to try the octopus Bloomfield and the Palestinian-style eggs…
To take away, you can also bring their sandwich bread to the Sunday family brunch, the king of spring aesthetics and the guarantee of an Instagram story that will win over the Easter weekend.

Of course, reservations must be made online in advance!

5.the Rosélys buffet
Rosélys is the restaurant of the chic Fairmont Queen Élizabeth, and every Sunday (11 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. service) there’s a gigantic buffet-style brunch with hot and cold dishes, lunch, a Mimosa or non-alcoholic cocktail included, chercuterie, pizzeria, candy bar… Come out of the Montreal hibernation and start the new season in luxury. Leméac offers a French-style brunch on Saturdays and Sundays between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. , with fried eggs, poached eggs, omelettes (we’re dying for the cheddar/fries omelette…), smoked salmon or meat, müesli for those who prefer it, and boudin for the most French of French people and daddies.
There’s a classic Mimosa, of course, but Leméac also serves a bergamot Negroni that lets us drink spring straight from the source… Online reservations recommended!
