The goal of Prison Island? Solve as many puzzles as possible in 90 minutes to escape and win. This isn’t a real prison, since you’ll have access to a bar, restrooms, and lockers for your personal belongings—but you have to play along!
It’s not a race against the clock either: you can visit the cells in any order you like to accumulate as many points as possible. All the cells are suitable for beginners, and if a challenge is too difficult, you can revisit them as many times as you need.
Introduced in France in 2019, Prison Island quickly took off. The experience stopped in Europe and Australia before settling in Montreal, Canada—an opportunity to test all its challenges.
