A fusion of EDM, hip-hop, pop, and rock
Magnetic World is a unique blend of several musical genres over two wild days. This year, the festival has plenty of surprises in store, starting with Friday, which will be dedicated to three musical genres: EDM, hip-hop, and pop. Saturday will be entirely dedicated to rock, sure to delight rock ’n’ roll fans.
Since its inception in 2022, the festival has grown in scale. As one of the region’s flagship events, it brings together visitors from near and far —while also showcasing popular artists such as Dom Dolla, 21 Savage, and The Kid LAROI.
But Magnetic World has more than one string to its bow. This year, the festival is welcoming new artists for a weekend that’s even wilder than in previous years.
A festival that honors Mi’kma’ki
What makes this festival unique is the deep connection it forges with the community that hosts it. Magnetic World takes place in Mi’kma’ki, on predominantly Indigenous and ancestral territory.
The festival takes place over the National Day of Truth and Reconciliation weekend—a tribute to the Mi’kmaq, past, present, and future guardians of this sacred land. It’s an opportunity to bring all peoples together through music.
